Great Leaders don’t just climb- They lift!

September 3, 2025

True greatness is never achieved in isolation—it comes when we are willing to lift others as we climb.

From my experience, one accelerates the journey to greatness by intentionally:

  • Attending great events.
  • Engaging with great people.
  • Reading great books.
  • Asking great questions.
  • Seeking great mentors.
  • And daring to attempt great things.

In our trainings with young people—from underprivileged communities to children of well-to-do families—We often ask a simple question: “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Surprisingly, fewer than 25% are confident in their answer. This tells us something important: many young people lack clarity of vision for their future.

As parents, mentors, educators, and leaders, we have a responsibility to nurture that vision. Are we encouraging our children and the next generation to dream boldly, to pursue excellence in their talents, and to set their sights on greatness?

Let us commit to empowering and inspiring the next generation—not just to achieve great things, but to also lift others as they rise.
